The Eetkamer at Dutch Manor, is our inhouse restaurant, serving up a culinary maelstrom of signature Malabar dishes, Dutch-Malabar fusion dishes and popular Dutch gastronomical marvels.
Malabar specials include freshly caught Prawns Ularthiyathu, Karimeen Pollichathu, Neymeen Varuthathu, Meen Curry, Fresh Dosa from the pan, Kerala's popular Puttu and Kadala, Nadan Kozhi recipes and more. Apart from our inhouse Dutch menu, we also have the unique distinction of sourcing the authentic Breudher bread from local Bakers who are the pioneers of Dutch Breudher bread in Kerala.
Additionally, our desserts arrive exclusively from ZeraNoya, Kerala's only authentic Dutch bakery, run by a Dutch baker. We're the first (and only) hotel to serve them outside of the main bakery. Moreover, our 'Off The Menu' dishes are recommended by the chef and made specifically to your palate. We guarantee that you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to the cuisine.
